Hardware Specialist

We are seeking a hardware specialist to assist in the supervision of and participates in the repair and service of all small computer systems and servers as well as data communication end points. These essential functions includes the ability to ev aluate service support needs for hardware and software leveraged throughout the company.





Responsibilities:

• 
  Assigns service calls to technicians. Reviews calls for priority.
  
• 
  Oversees inventory of spare parts.
  
• 
  Repairs computers and other electronics equipment.
  
• 
  Determines via telephone contact whether problem is hardware or software.
  
• 
  Arranges pickup or delivery of equipment.
  
• 
  Diagnosis failure using test equipment.
  
• 
  Repairs or replaces parts as needed.
  
• 
  Uses diagnostic and data recovery software to minimize data loss.
  
• 
  Coordinates long-term projects by evaluating user needs, physical requirements, and type involvement by other departments.
  
• 
  Evaluates service support needs for hardware and software. Tests new diagnostic software for suitability and features.
  
• 
  Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.
  

Qualifications:


At least 2 years experience in a demand / lead generation role

At least 4 years experience in a marketing role

Expert level familiarity with Salesforce.com

Familiarity with SEO, SEO, and social media marketing disciplines

Strong project management and budget management skills

Detailed oriented and highly analytical

Can work independently with minimum supervision

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Fluent in English

Desirable Experience

Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM

Middleware / SOA / integration software experience highly desirable

Enterprise software product experience

Skilled in writing marketing material
